How to Import a List of Properties to a Project

Import a CSV file to add multiple properties to a Landchecker project

Written by Airah Oquias

You can import a list of property addresses into Landchecker using a CSV file to create a new project or add properties to an existing one. Importing saves time and ensures accurate results by mapping your addresses to properties on the map.

Once you've imported your properties, you can contact our dedicated team for bulk document searches if you need a copy of Title for all properties in your project.

Prepare your CSV file before importing

Before uploading, ensure your CSV file has columns arranged in the following order:

  • Unit

  • Street number

  • Street name

  • Street type

  • Suburb

  • Postcode

  • State

The maximum import size is 1,000 properties. If you have more than 1,000 properties to upload, don't hesitate to get in touch with our team for assistance.

Fix unsuccessfully mapped properties

After importing, some properties may not be automatically matched. To fix an unsuccessfully mapped property, click Search for property to locate the correct address, then click Set property to add it to your project.

If you are unable to match a property address, you can remove it from the import by ticking the checkbox beside Search for property to deselect that property.
