Notes in Landchecker Projects let you record updates, share insights, and track important details for each property. You can add notes from the map view or the Projects dashboard.
Add notes from the map view
To add a note to a specific property from the map view, follow these steps:
Click the Projects icon in the left-hand side menu.
Select a project from the list.
Click on a property saved in that project to open the right-hand side property panel.
Select the Notes tab, type your note, and click Add.
To delete a note from the map view, click the three-dot menu next to the note and select Delete.
Add notes from the Projects dashboard
To add a note from the Projects dashboard, follow these steps:
Click your profile icon in the navigation bar and select Projects from the drop-down menu.
Click the project name to open the project details page.
To add a note to a specific property, click the notes icon in the properties section, next to the view report button. To add a note to the project itself, click the notes icon next to the project name in the top left corner.
Type your note in the text field and click Add.
How notes are organised
Notes in Landchecker Projects are displayed in chronological order, with the most recent note at the top. You can add and delete notes at any time.
How to export notes
You can export notes to Excel directly from the Projects dashboard. The export file includes:
All properties in the project.
Property information for each entry.
The latest three notes for each property.
