Who Can Upload Logos and Profile Pictures for Report Covers?
Custom branded report covers are available if you're on an Advanced or Enterprise plan. If you're on a different plan, you can visit our plans page to upgrade your account and be able to access this feature.
How to Upload and Optimise Your Company Logo
Your company logo appears at the top of your branded premium property report covers. Follow these guidelines to ensure your logo displays correctly:
Where to upload your logo:
Go to your Business Account settings
Navigate to Preferences
Upload your logo file
Recommended logo specifications:
Image size: 400 x 50 pixels
File types: JPG or PNG (PNG with transparent background preferred)
File preparation: Crop out any whitespace around your logo to maximise the allocated logo area
How your logo will appear: Your logo will be automatically resized, cropped, and aligned to fit the designated area. Depending on which cover design you select, your logo will be either left-aligned or centred on the report cover.
Why use a transparent background: If you're using a coloured background or a cover design with a full-page image, a PNG file with a transparent background will ensure your logo blends seamlessly with the design.
How to Upload and Optimise Your Profile Picture
Your profile picture appears on your report covers alongside your contact details as the person preparing the report.
Where to upload your profile picture: Upload your profile picture in the same business account settings area where you upload your company logo.
Recommended profile picture specifications:
Image size: 200 x 200 pixels (square format)
File types: JPG or PNG
How your profile picture will appear: Your image will be automatically resized, cropped, and centred to fit into a circular or square frame (depending on the cover design you select).

Remove any excess whitespace around your logo before uploading
