If you're on the Standard plan, you can view up to 10 premium property reports per calendar month. This article explains how to track your usage, what counts toward your limit, and what to do if you need more reports.
Who This Article is For
This article is for customers on the Standard plan. If you're on the Advanced or Enterprise plan, you have unlimited premium property reports and don't need to track a monthly limit.
How to Check How Many Reports You Have Left
You can see how many premium property reports you've used this month by checking the tracker at the top right corner of the reports page, located just below the Download button. This tracker shows your current usage out of your monthly allowance.
What Counts Toward Your Monthly Limit
Your monthly limit works as follows:
When you click View Report in the right-hand side information panel and open a premium property report, this counts as 1 view from your monthly limit of 10
Your limit is based on the number of different properties you view reports for, not the number of times you open reports
You can open or download a report for the same property address multiple times, and it only counts as 1 view toward your limit
Your total monthly limit is 10 different properties
Example: If you view a report for 123 Main Street three times in one month, this only counts as 1 view from your monthly limit. You would still have 9 remaining views for other properties.
How Your Limit Resets Each Month
Your premium property report limit resets on the 1st of each month. Any unused reports from your monthly limit do not roll over to the following month. This means if you only use 7 reports in January, you don't get 13 reports in February—your limit resets to 10 on the 1st of February.
How Team Members Affect Your Monthly Limit
If you have more than one member on your Standard plan, each member brings an additional allowance of 10 premium property reports per month. This combined limit is shared between all members on your account.
Example: If there are two members on your Standard plan, your total shared limit is 20 premium property reports per month (10 reports per member). Any member on the account can use reports from this shared pool until the limit is reached.
What to Do if You Reach Your Monthly Limit
If you need to view more than 10 premium property reports and you've reached your monthly limit, you have two options:
Option 1: Purchase Individual Reports
You can purchase additional premium property reports one at a time:
Search for and select the property you need a report for
Click View Report in the right-hand side information panel
Click Add to Cart
You'll be redirected to the checkout page showing the total cost
Click Buy to complete your purchase
Your premium property report will be emailed to you within a few minutes
The report will also be available in your Order Manager to download
Option 2: Upgrade to Advanced for Unlimited Reports
If you regularly need more than 10 reports per month, upgrading to the Advanced plan gives you unlimited premium property reports with no monthly restrictions. This ensures you always have uninterrupted access to property reports whenever you need them. Review our plans and pricing here.
