What are Premium Property Reports?
Landchecker's premium property reports give you a comprehensive summary of property and planning information for any property in Australia.

How to Access and Customise Your Report
Follow these steps to customise which data appears in your premium property report:
Go to app.landchecker.com.au and log in to your account
Search for a property using the address search bar, or navigate to a property on the map and click to select it
Click View Report in the right-hand side property panel to open the customise report page
Choose which data to include by toggling the checkboxes on or off in the Select data for custom report section
Watch the report preview update in real-time as you select or deselect different data sections
What You Can Include in Your Customised Report
When you customise your report, you can choose to include or exclude the following information:
Property details (lot/plan, land size, dimensions)
Planning zones and overlays
Planning permits (on the property and nearby)
Sales history and comparable sales
Heritage layers and environmental data
Flood, bushfire, and other hazard overlays
Topography and contour information
Easements and encumbrances
Simply tick the checkboxes for the data you want to include, and untick any sections you don't need. This allows you to create focused reports that contain only the most relevant information for your specific purpose.
How to Add Branded Covers to Your Reports
If you're on an Advanced or Enterprise plan, you can add customised report covers that include:
Your company details and logo
Your brand colours and fonts
Your profile image and contact information
Report title and client details
Professional cover designs with images representing different property types (land, apartments, commercial, industrial, and more)
To enable and customise your report cover, tick the checkbox in the Select data for custom report section, then use the Customise Cover Details options to personalise your branding. For detailed instructions, read our article on how to create branded premium report covers.
How to Download or Email Your Report
Once you've customised your report, you have two options for accessing it:
Download to your computer: Click Download to save a PDF version of the report directly to your computer. You can then share this file with clients, colleagues, or keep it for your records.
Email the report: Click Email to have a PDF version of the report sent to your email address. This allows you to easily forward the report to clients or save it in your email for future reference.
Both options generate the same customised PDF based on the data selections you made.
