You can download up to 10 premium property reports per calendar month on the Standard plan. If you need more reports, you can upgrade to the Advanced plan for unlimited premium property report downloads. This article explains how to upgrade your plan and what additional benefits you'll receive.
How Many Premium Property Reports Can You Download?
Standard plan: You can download up to 10 premium property reports per calendar month. Unused downloads do not carry over to the following month, so your allocation resets at the start of each new month.
Advanced plan: You can download unlimited premium property reports with no monthly restrictions.
How to Upgrade from Standard to Advanced
To upgrade your plan and access unlimited premium property reports, follow these steps:
Click on your profile icon in the top navigation bar
Select Business Account from the menu
Click the Plan tab to view your current plan details
Click Edit Plan
Click the dropdown menu and select Advanced
Click Update Plan to confirm your upgrade
Important: Only an Admin on your account can edit or upgrade your plan. If you don't see the option to edit your plan, contact your account Admin to request the upgrade.
