You can create custom-branded covers for your premium property reports if you're on an Advanced or Enterprise plan. This article explains how to customise your report covers with your company branding, contact details, and preferred design elements.
Who Can Create Branded Report Covers?
Branded premium property report covers are available to customers on Advanced and Enterprise plans. If you're on a different plan, you'll need to upgrade to access this feature. Visit our plans page here.
How to Access and Customise Your Report Cover
You can customise your premium property report cover when generating a property report. Follow these steps:
Search for and select a property on the Landchecker map
Click View Report in the right-hand side information panel
In the Select data for custom report section on the left, tick the checkbox to enable the report cover
Once enabled, the Customise Cover Details section will appear above the report preview
How to Select a Default Cover Image
If you want the same image to load automatically every time you customise a report cover, you can set it as your default.
Click Change background image.
Hover over the cover image you want to use as your default.
Click the three dots that appear on the image.
Select Set as default.
Click Done.
Your chosen image will now appear automatically as the cover for future property reports, so you don't need to select it each time.
What You Can Customise on Your Report Cover
When you enable the report cover, you can customise the following elements:
Company branding:
Company name
Brand colour (used for design elements)
Font colour (used for text)
Company logo (uploaded separately in business account settings)
Preparer information:
Name of the person preparing the report
Email address
Phone number
Profile picture
Report details:
Report title (the main heading on your cover)
Report subtitle (additional context or description)
Prepared for field (client or recipient name)
Cover design:
Cover template (choose from available design layouts)
Background image (upload custom image or select from photo library)
How to Select or Change Your Cover Design
After choosing your preferred orientation (portrait or landscape), you can customise the cover image:
Click the pencil icon next to the cover design preview
Choose one of two options for your cover image:
Option 1: Upload Your Own Image
Select and upload a custom cover image from your computer. This allows you to use your own property photos or branded imagery.
Option 2: Browse the Free Photo Library
Choose from professionally curated images organised by property type.
Available categories include land, commercial, industrial, development, apartments, childcare, and medical properties. Images are available in both portrait and landscape orientations.
How to Upload Your Company Logo
Your company logo appears on all branded report covers once uploaded. The logo is managed separately in your business account settings, not within the report customisation screen.
