Download a consolidated property report to view and share a comprehensive summary of your consolidated site. This report combines key property data from multiple properties into a single document.

What is a Consolidated Site Report?

A consolidated site report provides a comprehensive summary of multiple properties you have combined using Landchecker's site consolidation tool. The report includes combined data and individual property details in one document.

What Information is Included in a Consolidated Site Report?

The consolidated report combines key property data points including:

Combined Property Data

  • Total combined land size

  • Combined frontage measurements

  • Orientation of the consolidated site

  • Planning zones affecting the consolidated site

Individual Property Details

  • Lot/plan numbers for each property

  • Site dimensions

  • Planning zones

  • Planning overlays

  • Easements

  • Contours

Sales Information (where available)

  • Sales history for each property

  • Contract dates

  • Settlement dates

The availability of sales information depends on data availability from our property data providers.

Who Can Download Consolidated Site Reports?

Consolidated site reports are available for Advanced and Enterprise customers. If you are on a Standard or Starter plan and would like to download consolidated property reports, you can upgrade your plan or request a call back from our dedicated team.

How to Download a Consolidated Site Report

Follow these steps to generate and download a consolidated site report after combining properties using site consolidation.

Step 1: Complete Site Consolidation

First, use Landchecker's site consolidation tool to combine multiple properties into a consolidated site on the map.

Step 2: Click View Report

After you have combined sites, click the View Report button on the right-hand side panel.

Step 3: Save to a Project

A prompt will appear asking you to either:

  • Add your consolidated site to an existing project, or

  • Create a new project for your consolidated site

Select your preferred option.

Step 4: Generate the Report

Click Submit & View Report to begin generating your consolidated property report.

The system will compile data from all properties in your consolidated site and create a comprehensive PDF report.

Step 5: Download the Report

Once the report is generated, you can download it as a PDF file to:

  • Share with your team or clients

  • Include in project documentation

  • Keep for your personal records

Customising Your Consolidated Report

You can customise which data points appear in your consolidated site report. Before generating the report, you can select or deselect specific sections to include only the information relevant to your needs. This allows you to create focused reports tailored to different audiences or purposes.

Accessing Your Downloaded Reports

All downloaded consolidated site reports are stored in your project folder within Landchecker. You can access them at any time by:

  1. Navigating to Projects in the top navigation bar

  2. Selecting the project containing your consolidated site

  3. Viewing or re-downloading the report as needed

Upgrading to Access Consolidated Reports

If you are not currently on an Advanced or Enterprise plan, you can upgrade to access consolidated site reports and other advanced features.

To upgrade your plan:

  • Visit the Plans page in your Landchecker account

  • Select Advanced or Enterprise plan

  • Complete the upgrade process
