Shapes, measurements and markups are automatically saved to the cloud

Understand how cloud saving works for drawing tool shapes, measurements and markups.

Written by Airah Oquias

Completed shapes, measurements and markups are automatically saved to the cloud. This means your work is backed up and accessible from any device or browser. You no longer need to worry about losing items when clearing your browser cache or switching computers.

Cloud saving for drawing tools is available on Standard, Advanced and Enterprise plans.

How do I know if my shapes and markups have been saved?

Each item in the tools panel displays a sync status indicator. The three possible statuses are:

Status

What it means

Synced

Your item has been saved to the cloud and is available across all your devices.

Syncing

Your item is currently being uploaded. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

Syncing failed or Reconnecting

Something went wrong during the upload. Check your connection — syncing will resume automatically once you're back online.

What should I do if syncing keeps failing?

If your connection looks fine but syncing is still not working, try again later. If the issue persists, contact the support team using the live chat button in the platform.
