You can save shapes, measurements, pin markers and text annotations from the drawing tools panel directly to a project. This lets you keep all work related to a site in one place, share it with your team, and edit markups within the project later.
How do I save markups to a project?
In the tools panel, click the three-dot button and select Bulk selection.
Check the box next to each item you want to save. You can also group selected markups into a folder to keep them organised before saving.
Click the Save to project button at the bottom of the tools panel.
In the pop-up that appears, either select an existing project or create a new one:
To save to an existing project, click the dropdown and select the project from the list.
To create a new project, select + Create new project, enter a project name, and click Submit.
Once saved, you can view your markups in the Projects section on the left-hand side of the platform, or in the Projects dashboard.
How do I view saved markups in the Projects dashboard?
Go to your profile in the navigation bar and select Projects from the dropdown list.
Click the project name to open it.
Scroll down to view the shapes, markups and annotations saved to that project.
From here, you can hover over a specific markup and click the three-dot button to rename or delete it.
Can I edit markups after saving them to a project?
Yes. Once markups are saved to a project, you can edit them directly within that project. Use the three-dot button next to any markup to rename or delete it.
