You can choose how you want to receive notifications when your Landchecker document orders are ready. This setting controls whether you receive emails for each document, a single email for all documents, or in-app notifications only.

What are the document delivery method options?
Landchecker offers three different delivery methods for document orders:
Send a separate email for each order item – You'll receive individual emails for every document in your order as each one becomes available
Send one email including all order items – You'll receive a single email once all documents in your order are ready
Send no email and notify me for each order item with an in-app notification – You won't receive any emails, but you'll see notifications within Landchecker as each document becomes available
Changing your delivery method when placing an order
Each time you place an order through your shopping cart in Landchecker, you can adjust your delivery method for that specific order before completing your purchase. This lets you choose different notification preferences for individual orders if needed.
How to update your default delivery method
Your default delivery method is the notification preference that will be automatically selected for all future orders. Follow these steps to change your default setting:
Access your account settings: Click on your Profile and select My Account
Open your preferences: Click on the Preferences tab
Choose your delivery method: Under Document Search Preferences, click the dropdown menu and select your preferred delivery method option
Save your changes: Click Save Changes to update your default delivery method
Why you might choose different delivery methods
Different delivery methods work better for different situations:
Separate emails work well when you need documents urgently and want to start working as soon as each one arrives
One combined email is useful when you're ordering multiple documents and prefer to review everything together
In-app notifications only help reduce email clutter if you check Landchecker regularly and don't need email reminders
