When you sign up for Landchecker, we send a verification link to the email address you provided. If you haven't received this email, here's how to resolve it.
Check your spam or junk folder
Your verification email might have been filtered as spam. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from Landchecker. If you find it there, mark it as "not spam" to ensure future emails reach your inbox.
Verify you entered the correct email address
If the email isn't in your spam folder, you may have mistyped your email address during sign up. To check:
Try logging in with the email address you think you used
If you can't log in, you likely entered a different email address during sign up
Sign up again using the correct email address
Still not receiving the verification email?
If you've checked spam, confirmed your email address is correct, and requested a new link but still haven't received anything, your email provider may be blocking emails from Landchecker. This can happen with some corporate or institutional email addresses.
To fix this, contact our support team via support@landchecker or the live in-app chat on the platform. We can manually verify your account or help troubleshoot the issue. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can investigate further.
