When you invite someone to join your Landchecker team, they should receive an invitation email with instructions to accept and create their account. If your team member hasn't received this invite, here's what to do.
Ask your team member to check their spam folder
Invitation emails from Landchecker can sometimes be filtered as spam. Ask your team member to check their spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from Landchecker. If they find it there, they should mark it as "not spam" to ensure future emails reach their inbox.
Verify the email address is correct
Double-check that you entered the correct email address when sending the invite. A small typo can prevent the invitation from reaching your team member.
To verify the email address you used:
Go to your team management page in Landchecker
Check the list of pending invitations
Confirm the email address matches your team member's actual email address
If it's incorrect, you can remove the pending invite and send a new one with the correct email address
Check your available team licenses
Before our support team can resend an invitation, you need to have available licenses on your plan. If you've already used all your team member slots, you won't be able to send new invitations until you upgrade your plan or remove an existing team member.
To check your available licenses:
Go to your account settings or team management page
Look for your plan details showing total licenses and how many are currently in use
If you're at your license limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan to add more team members
Contact support to resend the invite
If your team member has checked their spam folder, the email address is correct, and you have available licenses, contact our support team to manually resend the invitation.
You can reach us by:
Using the in-app chat in the lower right corner of your Landchecker screen
Emailing support@landchecker.com.au
When you contact us, include:
The email address you're trying to invite
Confirmation that your team member has checked their spam folder
When you originally sent the invitation
Our support team will verify your account has available licenses and manually send the invitation to your team member.
Email provider blocking
If your team member still doesn't receive the resent invitation after our support team sends it, their email provider may be blocking emails from Landchecker. This can happen with some corporate or institutional email addresses.
To fix this, your team member should:
Add hello@landchecker.com.au to their email contacts or safe sender list
Ask their IT department to allowlist emails from landchecker.com.au
Alternatively, use a different email address to receive the invitation (such as a personal Gmail or Outlook account)
