If the shapes and measurements you created in your tool library have disappeared, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to restore them.
Refresh your browser
Browser display issues can sometimes cause shapes and measurements to temporarily disappear from view even though they're still saved in your account.
To refresh your browser:
Press Ctrl + R on Windows, or Cmd + R on Mac
Or click the refresh button in your browser's address bar
Wait for the page to fully reload and check if your shapes and measurements reappear
Clear your browser cache
Cached data can sometimes interfere with how Landchecker displays your saved shapes and measurements.
To clear your cache:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows, or Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac
Select "Cached images and files" (you can leave other options unchecked)
Choose a time range (try "Last hour" or "Last 24 hours" first)
Click "Clear data" or "Clear browsing data"
Close and reopen your browser, then log back into Landchecker
After clearing your cache, check if your shapes and measurements are visible in your tool library.
Try a different browser
Sometimes browser-specific issues can affect how your tool library displays. Try accessing Landchecker in a different browser to see if your shapes and measurements appear there.
For example:
If you normally use Chrome, try Firefox, Safari, or Edge
If your shapes and measurements appear in the different browser, the issue is likely related to your original browser's settings or cache
Contact support immediately
If you've tried refreshing your browser, clearing your cache, trying a different browser, and checking your projects, but your shapes and measurements are still missing, contact our support team right away.
