Who Can Reset Their Landchecker Password?
Any user with a Landchecker account can reset their password. You need access to the email address associated with your Landchecker account to complete the password reset process.
How to Reset Your Password
To reset your Landchecker password:
Go to the Landchecker login page at app.landchecker.com.au/login
Click the Forgot Password link below the login fields
Enter the email address associated with your Landchecker account in the email field
Click the Send button
Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Landchecker
Open the password reset email and click the Change Password button
Enter your new password in the password field
Click the Save button to confirm your new password
You will be redirected to the Landchecker login page
Enter your email address and your new password to log in to your account
After completing these steps, you will be able to access your Landchecker account using your new password.
What if I Don't Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk email folders. The password reset email from Landchecker may have been automatically redirected to these folders by your email provider.
If you still cannot find the password reset email after checking your spam and junk folders, try the following:
Confirm you entered the correct email address associated with your Landchecker account
Wait a few more minutes as email delivery can sometimes be delayed
