You need to purchase a Lease Folio Data Extract Report to find the dealing number(s) for specific lease folios. Once you have the dealing number from the extract report, you can use it to order a copy of the registered lease document for specific premises within the complex or village.
What information do you need to purchase a Lease Folio Data Extract?
To purchase a Lease Folio Data Extract Report, you need one of the following property identifiers:
Head Title Reference - found in the NSW title document
Lease Folio number - found in the NSW title under the Description section
Lease Complex Name - found in the NSW title under the Description section

How to purchase a NSW Lease Folio Data Extract Report
Click Document Searches in the top navigation bar
Select the Standard Searches tab
Choose NSW as your state, then click Next
Enter your job reference (if applicable)
Find and click on Lease Folio Data Extract Report to expand the dropdown
Enter either the Head Title Reference, Lease Folio number, or Lease Complex Name
Click +Add to Cart
Click the shopping cart icon in the top navigation bar
Select View Cart to review your order, or select Purchase to proceed directly to checkout
Review your delivery method and payment method, then complete your purchase
Your Lease Folio Data Extract Report will be delivered to your Order Manager and emailed to you once processing is complete.

Find and click on Dealing Search to expand the dropdown
Enter the dealing number from your Lease Folio Data Extract Report
Click +Add to Cart
Click the shopping cart icon in the top navigation bar
Select View Cart to review your order, or select Purchase to proceed directly to checkout
Review your delivery method and payment method, then complete your purchase
Your dealing document (lease) will be delivered to your Order Manager and emailed to you once processing is complete.
