Three Ways to Purchase an SA Copy of Plan through Landchecker
You can purchase SA copy of plan documents through:
The Landchecker map by searching for a property address
Document Searches under the Title Search tab
Document Searches under the Standard Searches tab
Choose the method that works best for your workflow. All three methods deliver the same copy of plan document.
Method 1: Purchase from the Landchecker Map
This method works well when you're already viewing a property on the map or searching by property address.
Enter the property address in the search bar at the top left corner of the map
Click on the property to open the information panel on the right side
Select the Documents tab in the information panel
Enter your Job Reference
Tick the checkbox next to SA Copy of Plan
Click Add selected items to shopping cart
Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar
Select View Cart to review your order, or Purchase to proceed directly to checkout
If you selected View Cart, review your order details and click Go To Checkout
Confirm your Delivery Method and Payment Method selections
Click Buy to complete your purchase
Your SA copy of plan will be delivered to your email and available in your Order Manager once processing is complete.
Method 2: Purchase via Title Search
This method enables you to search by various property identifiers, including address, lot/plan number, or title reference.
Click Document Searches in the top navigation bar
Select the Title Search tab
Choose SA as your state, then click Next
Enter your Job Reference
Select a search identifier, fill out the text box, and click Search
Tick the checkbox next to SA Copy of Plan
Click Add selected items to shopping cart
Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar
Select View Cart to review your order, or Purchase to proceed directly to checkout
If you selected View Cart, review your order details and click Go To Checkout
Confirm your Delivery Method and Payment Method selections
Click Buy to complete your purchase
Your SA copy of plan will be delivered to your email and available in your Order Manager once processing is complete.
Method 3: Purchase via Standard Searches
This method works best when you already know the exact plan number.
Click Document Searches in the top navigation bar
Select the Standard Searches tab
Choose SA as your state, then click Next
Enter your Job Reference
Click on SA Copy of Plan to expand the search options
Enter the Plan Number in the format D3418 (plan designation followed by the number)
Click +Add to Cart
Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar
Select View Cart to review your order, or Purchase to proceed directly to checkout
If you selected View Cart, review your order details and click Go To Checkout
Confirm your Delivery Method and Payment Method selections
Click Buy to complete your purchase
Your SA copy of plan will be delivered to your email and available in your Order Manager once processing is complete.
Delivery Time and Follow-up
