What You Need to Purchase an SA Dealing
To purchase a South Australian dealing document on Landchecker, you'll need the dealing number. The dealing number is typically formatted as a seven or eight-digit number, such as 8854031.
You can find dealing numbers referenced on title documents, settlement statements, or other property transaction records.
How to Purchase an SA Dealing
You can purchase South Australian dealing documents through Landchecker's Standard Searches.
Click Document Searches in the top navigation bar
Select the Standard Searches tab
Choose SA as your state, then click Next
Enter your Job Reference
Click on SA Dealing to expand the search options
Enter the Dealing Number in the required field (for example, 8854031)
Click +Add to Cart
Click the shopping cart icon in the top navigation bar
Select View Cart to review your order, or Purchase to proceed directly to checkout
If you selected View Cart, review your order details and click Go To Checkout
Confirm your Delivery Method and Payment Method selections
Click Buy to complete your purchase
Your SA dealing document will be delivered to your email and available in your Order Manager once processing is complete.
Understanding Delivery Methods
When completing your purchase, you can choose how you'd like to receive your documents:
Send a separate email for each order item - Best for orders containing multiple documents with different delivery times. You'll receive each document as soon as it's ready.
Send one email including all order items - You'll receive a single email once all documents in your order are ready. Best for orders where you need all documents together.
Send no email and notify me with in-app notifications - You won't receive any emails. Download your documents from your Order Manager after receiving in-app notifications.
Delivery Time and Follow-up
South Australian dealing documents are typically delivered within minutes of purchase. You'll receive a notification in your Landchecker account when the document is ready to download.
If your order isn't delivered within the estimated timeframe, you can follow up on delayed documents by checking your Order Manager or contacting Landchecker support.
