A quick overview of drawing tools

Learn what drawing tools are available on Landchecker and what each plan includes.

You can create site plans, take measurements and annotate properties directly on the Landchecker map using the drawing tools on the right-hand side toolbar. Drawing tools are available on Standard, Advanced and Enterprise plans.

What's included in each plan?

Standard plan

  • Distance, Any Shape, Rectangle and Circle tools

  • Export high-res images and current map view

  • Hide and delete tools

  • Show or hide the bounding box and display measurements

Advanced and Enterprise plans

All Standard features, plus:

  • Map Pin tool

  • 3D terrain view

  • High-resolution imagery filters

  • Convert boundary to shape

  • Customise a shape's fill colour

  • Edit a shape's stroke colour and weight

  • Duplicate, group and ungroup tools

  • Bulk select markups and annotations

  • Change distance and area units in settings

  • Save markups and annotations directly to projects

Where are my markups and annotations saved?

All markups and annotations are saved in the Tools library on the left-hand side of the platform, where you can review and manage them. Advanced and Enterprise plan members can also save markups and annotations directly to a project, keeping all property insights in one place when working across multiple sites.
