Understanding Order Status

Your certificate will show one of these statuses within your Order Manager:

🟡

With Authority

Your application has been lodged with the relevant authority (e.g., water authority, council, land registry) and is awaiting fulfilment. We recommend checking the Est. Date Delivery.
