If the Intercom chat icon (the support window in the lower right corner of your screen) is overlapping a toolbar icon, such as the export image icon, your browser or map is likely zoomed in. Adjusting the zoom level moves the icons back into their correct positions.
Fix 1: Adjust your browser zoom
Press Ctrl + − (Windows) or Cmd + − (Mac) to zoom your browser out.
Repeat until the chat icon no longer overlaps the toolbar.
Fix 2: Adjust your map zoom
If the browser zoom fix doesn't resolve the overlap, your map may be zoomed in instead.
Press Shift + − on your keyboard to zoom the map out.
Repeat until the icons are separated.
Fix 3: Use the zoom controls in the app
You can also use the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the screen to adjust the zoom level. Use the + and − controls to find a view that works for you.
