How to export invoices in CSV or Excel format

Learn how to download invoice data in CSV or Excel format for record-keeping.

You can export your Landchecker invoices to CSV or Excel format to make it easier to track payments, reconcile accounts, or share billing information with your accounting team.

This guide is for Landchecker users who need to download their invoice data for record-keeping or accounting purposes. Both individual account holders and organisation members can export invoices.

Step-by-step guide to exporting invoices

Follow these steps to export your invoices:

  1. Access your account settings: Click on your Profile icon in the navigation bar at the top of the screen

  2. Choose your account type:

    • Select My Account if you have an individual account

    • Select Business Account if you're part of an organisation

  3. Open your invoices list: Click on Invoices in the top navigation to view all your invoices

  4. Review your invoice information: On the invoices page, you can see the following details for each invoice:

    • Date issued

    • Date due

    • Invoice number

    • Amount

    • Payment status

  5. Select the invoice you want to export: Click on the invoice number (displayed as a red link) to open that specific invoice and view all the orders included in it

  6. Choose your export format: Click on the Export dropdown button and select either:

    • CSV – for a comma-separated values file that works with most spreadsheet programs

    • Excel – for a Microsoft Excel formatted file

  7. Download your file: The CSV or Excel file will automatically download to your device's default download location (usually your Downloads folder)

Exporting your invoices to CSV or Excel format allows you to:

  • Import invoice data into your accounting software

  • Track payment history across multiple invoices

  • Share billing information with your finance or accounting team

  • Create custom reports or analyses using spreadsheet tools

If you can't find your downloaded file, check your browser's download settings or your device's Downloads folder. If you're having trouble accessing your invoices, make sure you're logged into the correct account type (My Account vs. Business Account).
