What the ICEYE Flood Report includes
The ICEYE Flood Report is a PDF document that includes:
Flood extent — the geographic area affected by flooding
Flood depth — how deep the water was across the affected area
Historical flood events — data based on actual past flood events at the property
After purchasing, you can access the report in one of two ways:
Email — the report is sent directly to your email address
Order Manager — download the report anytime from your Order Manager
Step 1: Check if your property is covered
Before purchasing, enable the ICEYE Flood layer to confirm whether flood data is available for your property. To find the ICEYE layer, open Planning Layers, click Hazards, then click Flood, then tick the checkbox next to ICEYE.
Search for a property or land parcel using the address search bar.
In the left-hand panel, open the Planning Layers menu.
Click Hazards to expand the options.
Click Flood to view the available flood data sources.
Available flood data options will appear — these may include State, Council, and ICEYE, depending on data availability for that location.
Tick the checkbox next to ICEYE. A blue overlay will appear on the map where ICEYE flood data is available.
If no blue overlay appears, ICEYE flood data is not available for this property and the report cannot be purchased. The Add to Cart button will not appear in the Info tab, and no ICEYE Flood Report will appear in the Documents tab.
Other flood data options may still be available for your property depending on your location, such as flood data sourced from your state or local council. Check the Flood section in Planning Layers to see what is available.
Step 2: Purchase the report
If the blue ICEYE overlay appears over your property, the report is available to purchase using either of the two methods below.
Method 1: Purchase via the Info Tab
To purchase an ICEYE Flood Report via the Info Tab, use this method if you are already viewing property details and want to quickly add the report to your cart.
In the Info tab on the right-hand side, scroll down to the ICEYE Flood section and click Add to Cart.
Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar and select one of the following:
View Cart — review your order before buying
Purchase — quickly buy the report immediately
Method 2: Purchase via the Documents Tab
To purchase an ICEYE Flood Report via the Documents Tab, use this method if you want to explore all available reports and documents for a property before purchasing.
Go to the Documents tab. Enter a Job Reference and tick the checkbox for ICEYE Flood Report, then click Add Item to Cart.
Click the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar and select one of the following:

Why can't I see the Add to Cart button for the ICEYE Flood Report?

If no blue overlay appears on the map, ICEYE data is not available at that location and the report cannot be purchased.
