Before searching for permits, check whether Landchecker has permit data available for your area:
Click the clipboard icon to activate the Planning Permits layer
In the Planning Permits/DAs side panel, click Coverage
Blue shaded areas on the map indicate where permit data is available
Zoom in or drag the map to check your specific location
If your search area is not shaded blue, permit information is not yet available for that council area. This explains why no permits appear when you search that location.
